How does the minimum guest spend work?
The minimum spend is the amount expected to be spent by guests at the bar. It is normally £1,000 for smaller events and £1,500 for larger celebrations. We confirm the exact figure from your guest numbers and event details, and any shortfall is payable by the booking customer.
What does the £250 horsebox hire include?
It includes exclusive use of the mobile bar, local delivery and collection, setup and pack-down, professional bartending staff and equipment, bespoke drinks-menu and arrival planning, and licensing arrangements as required.
How do we secure our date?
Approve the quotation and pay the stated booking fee to secure the date. Any remaining balance for agreed add-ons is due 60 days before the event. Your quotation and service agreement set out the full payment and cancellation terms.
Can you serve welcome drinks as well as run the bar?
Yes. Our staffed prosecco-wall packages serve 55, 100 or 150 guests and can include alcohol-free choices. We can also discuss bottled beer, soft drinks and tailored arrival options.
Do you provide glasses?
Glassware is included with staffed prosecco-wall packages. Regular bar service uses plant-based compostable Vegware cups, but traditional glassware can be provided on request for an additional charge.
Do you provide staff and licensing?
Yes. The agreed bar staffing is included in your quotation. We also discuss the venue's licensing position and arrange licensing and compliance as required.
What does the venue need to provide?
We need a safe, suitable bar location with access to power and water where required. Accurate guest numbers and appropriate waste-disposal facilities are also needed unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.
How do you serve alcohol responsibly?
We operate Challenge 25 and may request valid photo ID. We may refuse service to anyone who appears underage or intoxicated, and guests may not bring their own alcohol unless agreed with us in writing.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Staffordshire and cover surrounding areas. Prosecco-wall delivery, setup and same-day collection are included within 20 miles of Stafford, with travel beyond that charged at £1 per mile. Other services are quoted for your venue.
Can we request particular drinks?
Absolutely. The published menu is our current 2026 selection, but draught lines and packaged drinks may vary by event. Tell us your favourites and we can discuss a bespoke bar menu.
